6ea9cc0134 Convert from straight to built-in package-vc 
While I now have a dependency on Emacs 30, the new feature to be able
to install code from either *ELPA or a Git repository, is really nice.

94f14495d1 Fix bug between Emacs and Hammerspoon 
Now, on my Mac laptop, if I am clocked into a task, shutting my
laptop, clocks out of the task before going to sleep.

5ed5bcf446 Fix chain of flycheck grammar and prose checking 
Including taking on misspellings from jinx, so that I can use the
flycheck UI to jump from issue to issue in my org-files.

Note that I need to do some prestidigitation on my org-files to get
the prose-checkers to distinguish between prose and code blocks in my
literate files. The end result shows less superfluous warnings and
more actionable complaints.

1fbe1ee646 Remove "LanguageTool" and redundant textlint plugin 
I really don't want to start a massive Java process just to check
grammar, when it appears that using both write-good, proselint and
textlint is sufficient.

203ebcc652 Get write-good to parse Markdown better 
Using remark to parse an Markdown file, and then made a plugin for it
that uses unist-util to strip out code blocks, and pass that to
write-good.

Why the trouble? My new team uses `just` instead of `make`, and that
is a _weasel word_ for write-good. Now, when `just` is written with
backticks, write-good no longer flags it.

778bfd4685 Made Evil optional 
Probably one doesn't need to hedge any bets, but I want to be able to
eventually swap out Evil for Meow (or something of my own crafting),
so wrapping evil-specific calls with a condition doesn't sound like a
bad idea.

6e92e3d13d New Mac system shook out some MacOS changes needing incorporation 
Specifically how Homebrew is installing its goodies in a different
location, which makes it a bit incompatible with my Linux boxen.

This allows me to have the local-leader be programming-specific,
which means that I can standardize on the hierarchy there.

ccb49d5a58 Tangle all configuration files to my elisp directory 
Haven't really needed this, as I have a function to load the org file
as Emacs Lisp code directly, but this can be a little helpful for debugging.

add010fd44 Label the g commands for which-key 
Cleaned up the commands that follow on the g key with labels, and I
got rid of commands that I don't think is useful.

This required changes through the repo, but things are looking good.

I also changed the behavior of `e` and `E`, and `w` and `W` based on
how I think that should be.
