dcdd481713 Fix Sprint numbering for 2023 
My PM delayed the start of our "first" sprint of the year, and this
wreaked havoc with my algorithm. Granted, I often need to tweak it
each year.

b5a82133ca Clarify the creative commons on tangled files 
Do I really need the copyright symbol? I love how the proselint
insists that I use the unicode character (which unicoding all the
files sounds great to me).

What could go wrong there? :-D

47f1162d28 Fixed bugs with the initialization 
Getting a number of warnings and startup errors, so I moved a couple
of features earlier in the boot process and directly into the
`init.el` file (see the initialization).

Also, I'm not using the `beep` feature just yet.
